Johnson probably will be debarred from returning on

medical grounds in which case strongly recommend appointment as Assistant Land Officer of local solicitor

named Holmes a man of excellent record. Holmes is 43

years of age and would remain on temporary staff for

pension purposes. He has returned recently from

Military Service,
